Our training is based locally on the Herts/Essex border supported by 3 qualified BTF coaches and 5 qualified UK Athletics Run Leaders.

6:15pm Strength and Conditioning

6:30pm Running Intervals

Thursday

6:15pm & 7:15pm Social Runs

Saturday

Parkrun tourism

Sunday

8am & 8:30am Long slow run
